this poem is written by the well known poet Gabriel Okara . the Gabriel Okara ridicules the hypocrisy practiced by the people of present time . the poem is biting criticism on the society for not being truthful in their own words and as well as deeds . while reading this poem we feel that hypocrisy is dominant in every society it gives a new dimensions to the reader that there is some repentance in the society for being insincere . the one who reads finally is left with a hope that somewhere , someday there is an END to this .the language used is very simple but the focus is beautifuly explained .

we the Indians are proud to be a strong nation . cast and regional feeling's make us lose or charm . we should not spend our precious and valuable time in unnecessary agriments always lead to violence . for our freedom many people sacrifice their lives , but still many things are ready to divide us and to spoll our pride . so we need dedication to unite the country deposit of all narrow and selfish motive .
