Few things you have to improve in your village.
1.First,you have to start it within your self.
2.Second,If you have suggestions you have to go directly in your village organizer to give your informative suggestions.
3.You have to help them improving your community/village,don`t just sit there and staring at them.
4.You have to continue what you`ve started,don`t do it just for today.
5.You can influence others to be a good leader by teaching them to obey the rules and regulations of your village.
