labourers are very tired and exhausted in the may day by the Sun's heat and sun's rays.. there's a conversation between the labourer and a interviewer.... Labourers are working in the very hot day of may and the interviewer came to say "how are they working in this very much hot conditions just the air??",,''u all didn't need a rest??" labourers said that we are doing our work just to ventilate our family and give them some sorts of food.. then the interviewer asked how much do u get per day... thn the labourer replied that they are getting only 200 per day... so it is difficult for us to manage ... the interviewer asked "thn what shud all do so that u all may live in good condition as u all are dying of sunstroke and koma..." they claimed that half day shud be given to them in this may month and they shud be payed what was paid to them earlier...

Interviewer: First of all I wish Happy Labours day 2k17!!

Labour: Thnx

Interviewer: So lemme start asking u some questions!!
Tell me about about the problem u are facing..if you have any!??

Labour: I am facing the problem of unemployment!!

Interviewer: oops sorry!! but I Don't have much idea about it ...Can u please expand what you want to say..!??

Labour: Don't be sorry!!.... I can get that u are new!! :-)
See there are different types of unemployment...!!!
u may have heard about it...

★ Seasonal unemployment
★ Disguise unemployment
★ General unemployment
★ Educational unemployment

Interviewer: Expand what kind of unemployment u are facing.....N trust me maybe I will be able to help you!!

Labour : I am suffering from Educational unemployment..!!

Interviewer: What do you feel be the cause of such unemployment!!???

Labour: In our dear country India which is alarmed with many educated youth and a ton of competition among the entire population of India which is in entire part of our country, filled with graduates,post graduates etc...

★but due to these reasons people are committing suicide.....
★They are in real stress.
★Its a pity thing that our system of University education doesn't cater to the need of these students i.e. those who belong to agriculturist profession.

Interviewer: But as much as I know there are many different reasons for this as well!!....
★I mean like due to defective educational system/Lack of industrial and technical training and even due to mentality of some people..!!
What's urs among all these!??

Labour (with an awkward smile on his face) : Well due to all these reasons but I consider mainly defective educational system.
In fact u know there is more than 70℅ of the people of India faces the same issue.

★To be fortunate n very honest my son got his selection in NEET....
★Before that I was scared if I am doing ryt. to give my son his educational ryt. or as I am also well educated but I don't get any employment....
★I was sad but my son assured me that he will be a best doctor in future....N with all that I have I gave this to educate my son....N he made me proud !!!
★N he Ain't unemployed but is a worlds best doctor known today!!

Interviewer : Ur reply made me have tears in my eyes.... I salute you and your thinking....

Labour : yes! I have drawn out a conclusion...
★The problem is lack of job opportunities or less no. of seats/ cheating can be the reason.... Specially the designed reservation system in India....
★It's a great idea in some way but it's good only and only for those who actually deserves this...
★ It is seen that many politicians are misusing this system....
★ There sons / daughters are receiving these opportunities which they don't even deserve except some!!
★Our Education youth is the pillar of bright future tomorrow!!!
★Our India is exactly like a newly born up baby...!!! Which needs to be protected from all the odds !!
★Our young man should make sure that they don't run after the outshine of urban life.!!
★Rather they should stay in village and make their contribution in villages and make their villages even more effective..
