And cell phones can spoil our future also. If children will have their own cell phones then always they will busy with their phones, that time they will not give time to their study and specially they will not spend time with their family. And for children's family is all thing, more important than phone also.

Ya, but after completing studies or in age of 19 or 20 they can have their own cell phones.
