Debate on conservation of nature is important than technological advancement:

Technology changes the way we live, work, connect to each other and the outside world profoundly. There is no historic precedent for the speed, breadth and depth of current advances and almost every sector in each country is disturbed by these. The advent of new technology now has more than ever the potential to change environmental protection. The pursuit of new and intelligent ways of supporting our development has been a key driver of technological progress. Now that our civilization faces another challenge unprecedented, technology can play an important part in the disconnection and deterioration of the environment

No' human' technology,' built over hundreds of millions of years by providing important services to maintain life on the planet, can be fully substituted for human technology. The success of our civilization has been and will continue to be based on the productive, diverse natural environment and stable climate. We currently use resources and habitats as if we had 1.7 earths and such an ecological overshoot is only possible for a limited time before the destruction and eventual collapse of our ecosystems.

The ongoing rapid loss in global biodiversity would affect the health and function of critical habitats including forests, wetlands, rivers and oceans. If, at this moment, we continue to produce, consume and power our lives, we shall overwhelm and collapse trees, sea and climate systems. The unthinkable loss of biodiversity and habitat degradation, over waste, emissions and climate change result in unbeatable forestry, fisheries, infrastructure project, mining and oil. Their influence in the natural world is becoming more and more apparent, but the effect on individuals and companies is real too. Coupled with the impacts of climatic changes that are evident from scientists ' alerts and the increasing frequency and intensity global of extremes, the planet's ecological equilibrium and our survival will be catastrophic. The Earth Overshot Day is a significant reminder of urgent action that must be taken by people, governments, and the global community to protect and support sustainability and sustainable forestry, sea, biodiversity and freshwater resources.

Between now and 2020, we have a crucial opportunity to implement promises and measures to reverse the nature depletion trend by 2030 and ensure people's health and wellbeing and our earth. There are new signs every day that our environmental impact is unsustainable. Over the last five years, the Artic has warmed up much more than expected, and the UN reports that in the last 10 years, $1.4 trillion worth of worldwide damage has been caused by climate-related disasters. Over the past 40 years, the world's biodiversity in the ground, sea and freshwater has fallen by 60 percent and continues to fall remarkably by two thirds in 2020. In less than a decade this occurred. Compared with hundreds of millions of years, some of these species have lived on this world, at the blink of an eye. Forests are under threat with unabated deforestation like never before and at sea 90 per cent of fish stocks around the world are overfished. Each predictor points towards the Earth being on the brink

Land, ocean and wildlife conservation is in everyone's interest in biodiversity and growth. That is why now is the time to work together on climate change and the destruction of nature for industry, governments, institutions and community. The crossroads are our culture. The balance is straightforward: on a polluted world we won't build a stable, sustainable and equitable future for humanity.

Technology will definitely change our lives, and environmental breakthroughs are already occurring. Probably the most impressive example of the positive impact of new technologies is the breakthrough in renewable energy. Remote sensing devices are like never before capable of tracking the state of the planet. Blockchain is used to develop certification and traceability systems for agricultural commodities and fish to ensure the origin, legality and sustainability of products.
