As a Valuble Member of Our community We like To take the initiative to conduct an Online Seminar on 25th September 20XX as a member of a Community. And the Event would Sart at Sharp 10 'O clock, Everyone should attend attempt themeeting in time before 5 Minutes.

The Event would take on Our Application Which we are Condycting from First day itself.

The Event would be Occationally Inaugurated By our MD Mr ABC and and A small Official Speech by our HR Manager Mr DEF and then Our Seminar would be conducted by our Members who were given the responsiblilities.And a short Official Anauncement from Our Chairman Mr GHI

and The Meeting would ve duspersed on or before 1'O Clock.

Due to the pandemic spreading every one will find difficulty in attending it, but its an important meeting abd take the same.
