in morning boiled chane

in after noon rice chapati with pulses

evening, 1 whole glass lassi or mangoshake

night - green vegetables with chapaties and in night icecream

in on sunday 1 fast food must be given

if non veg =

in morning - boiled egg

in noon - pulses with roti or some meat items

and the things are same as veg
