At the age of twelve children are very active and playful in general.So,there has to be an ideal diet chart that provides them with all the necessary nutients and vitamins.According to me the ideal diet chat for a twlve year old has to be like as under:-
Fruits and vegetable : 33 percent
Carbohydrates : 33 percent
Milk and dairy products : 15 percent
