1) breakfast omelet , cornflakes, milk , vegetable salad
2) lunch - rice , green vegetables or non vegetarian food
3) snacks do not take daily..... once or twice in a week . try to take carbo hydrated snacks
4) dinner - chappati, veg or non veg .
