Answer:

Legislature

  • It forms laws and procedures, along with examining the administration and its judgments. The principal function of the council is to legislate laws.
  • It's the base for the functioning of the other two organs, the superintendent and the bar.
  • It's also occasionally accorded the first place among the three organs because until and unless laws are legislated, there can be no perpetration and operation of laws.

Administrative/executive

  • It is comprised of the President or Governor, Council of Minister at Union or State position, along with the administration which executes and enforces laws made by the council. The superintendent is the organ that implements the laws legislated by the council and enforces the will of the state.
  • It's the executive head of the government.
  • Ministers including the Prime/ Chief Ministers and President/ Governors form part of the superintendent.

Judiciary

  • The Supreme Court( SC) is at the top position to the community courts are at the bottom. They interpret the laws made. The bar is that branch of the government that interprets the law, settles controversies and administers justice to all citizens.
  • The bar is considered the watchdog of the republic, and also the guardian of the Constitution.
  • It comprises the Supreme Court, the High Courts, District and other inferior courts.
