Proper foods are usually referred to as healthy foods that we should regularly eat on a daily basis and again in an appropriate quantity. Improper foods are usually referred to as unhealthy foods that we should not eat on a regular basis but be eaten in a small amount once a week or two-three days.

1. Some list of proper foods-

Broccoli, Apples, Kale, Blueberries, Avocados, Leafy green vegetables, Sweet potatoes, etc.

2. Some list of improper foods-

Hot dogs, Pretzels, Diet soda, Processed pastries, Pizza, Red Meat, etc.
