here are some examples of work when it will be zero, positive and negative.
(1). when person is stand by taking some heavy loads in this condition angle is 90 degree according to the formula of work equal to FS cos theta work will be zero.
(2). when any person is moving a trolley then work done by person will be positive.
(3). when any person is applying force on any object and moving in the direction of opposite side of the motion of object such as when person flying a kite then work done by person will be negative.
