Transportation in human is carried out by a  Specialized connective tissue is known as blood. Blood consist of 55% of plasma and 45% of formed elements.

There is 3 type of formed elements in our blood. White blood cells, red blood cells, and platelets. Also known as Leukocyte erythrocytes and thrombocytes respectively. The major function of blood is to carry oxygen and nutrients, to all types of tissue and to collect carbon dioxide and waste material back from the tissue. Every 100 ml of oxygen every 100 ml of blood contains 5 ml of oxygen and every 100 ml of blood contains 4 ml of carbon dioxide.
