Girls and boys in the society or equal but many of the parents give less importance to girl education compared to boys this treatment of girls and boys in different place is called gender bias some parents feel that boy is income and girl is expenditure after marriage also the endless family of the bride normally gives very less important to her education this is the wrong notation that the people have it is to be removed .
The notation is to be changed many women have come forward to discharge the duties in political educational and administrative areas they are providing that they can do everything in education also many girls are getting would results and ranks the number in civil services and other competitive examination is rapidly increasing if a girl is situated she can manage her life itself well she can educate .
Many women have now district collectors are police officers and administrative offices and few banks or being run under the leadership of female authorities many departments are under their control for many years it has been a custom that the woman have to work kitchen but it is disproved if they were given a choice to do something they can do it as we expected .
All the parent should send their daughters to school to study there should be given an opportunity to show their intellect all the parents should understand that their notation is to be changed it and think positively about their daughters future .

Female education was a stigmatized topic in the past. People earlier only believed in educating the male members of the family. Females were entitled to household chores and males were supposed to earn the bread for the family.
It is in the recent past, that the position of women has been empowered and went to a better position. Strict encouragement is needed to upgrade female education.
