Planning is an important aspects of every trip. Planning enable us to do things in a appropriate manner and everything remains in control. Trip goes smoothly without any problem and everyone is able to enjoy to their fullest. This hassel free environment is only possible when we plan our trips in a proper way.

Starting with the planning for one day picnic.

1. The foremost thing is the destination. A destination that is close to the school so that the transportation time and cost is petty good. I will ask everyone to decide a few destination and the majority will win.
2. Everyone will be instructed to come to school at the given time positively, otherwise picnic will be delayed. I will make sure that everyone is there. We will keep a count of all the student.
3. Boarding a bus : We will book a bus, the size of the bus will be in accordance to the number of people in the picnic.
4. We will board to the destination. We will have all types of food with us, including lunch and snack.
5. The trip starts at 9:00 AM, Everyone can have their breakfast from home. Lunch and Snack will be provided.
6. We wil go to the destination, always keeping in count of the students. Different students will be assigned different duties that they need to perform. This distribution of work will make things good and easy.
7. We will play games, have fun and eat a lot of good food. We can indulge in boating at the destination. It would be a great experience for the students.
8. We can click a lot of pictures.
9. After the picnic, which will last upto 5 PM, the bus will drop the student safely to their home.
