Roti or chapatti or bread = carbohydrates and fibres
Daal or lentils = proteins
Green vegetables(spinach, cucumber, cabbage, broccoli etc) = vitamins, minerals and fibers
Rice = carbohydrates
Boiled potatoes = Carbohydrates
salad that includes cabbage, cucumber, tomato, onion
