basically flood are 2 types , 1 ) natural 2) manmade
1) natural floods arises due to sudden changes of plates below earth crust , because oceanic crust changes the bade of the ocean, river etc . which causes foods , also earthquake is also responsible for floods
2) manmade floods arise due to dumping , several atomic test in ocean which causes sudden movement in water cause floods
