teachers day is celebrated every year on 5th september on the occasion of birth of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who was known as the best and amzing teacher of his time. a small function was organized in our school for all our beloved teachers. the function started at sharp 9 am in the morning. The function started with a honouring speech by the school captain, and even she explained the importance of teachers & why the teachers are being known to be the Building Blocks of the Nation.. The function started with the lightning of candle in front of Maa Saraswati's idol who has been known as the symbol of knowledge and peace. As every year's rituals, we all played the role of our favorite and beloved teachers, like i played the role of Harpreet ma'am. we distributed bouquets and a few more items to all the teachers. Our principal and all the teachers appreciated the efforts of the students and rewarded all of us with expensive gifts and cash prices. Teachers have always been so polite, patient and advising.
