‘Inter-State Cultural Festival’ An Inter-State Cultural festival was held at our school from Jan. 1, 20– to Jan. 4, 20–. All the states of the country with their troupes participated in it. All of them gave outstanding performances representing the culture of their state. But the most striking performance was given by the South Indian Cultural Troupe. It was a Kathakali dance which was performed by four dancers. Their excellent footwork and impressive gestures of their hands complemented with vocal and instrumental music were mesmerising to watch. Their colourful costumes, unique face masks were outward.
