It's so stressful and saddening that people from all over the globe are suffering and dying from Corona virus disease. The main problem we are facing, is that there is no such medicine for the disease. We can only prevent it from spreading further into our cities, villages and homes.
As you know that this virus cannot live outside a human body for more than twelve hours, we need to make sure that we stay indoors most of the times of a day. If you have symptoms, like cold, cough, breathing problems, it may not mean that you have got the disease, but you must stay self-islolated even from your family members.
Some basic actions we can take to stop it from spreading:

- Stay home: Staying home will keep you safe from getting infected and will stop from spreading the disease.
- Keep a safe distance: While talking with anyone diseased or anyone in your household, always keep some distance from them. Never to take part in gathering people.
- Wash hands often: Wash your hands for 20 seconds regularly. Use a soap or hand rub that conatins alcohol.
- Cover your cough: Cover your mouth and nose so that you do not get effected by someone's cough or someone by yours.
- Sick? Call the helpline: If you feel unwell, call the helpline number +911123978046 or 1075 and stay self-isolated from others.
