How to go:

By Rail: Ratnagiri railway station is known as biggest konkan railway station. Daily trains are available from Mumbai as well as Goa.

By Road: Ratnagiri is situated on national highway 66. daily state transport buses as well as private vehicles available. From Mumbai :300 Kms

From Goa 200kms

Where to stay: Hotels to suit everyone's pocket are available. Many MTDC hotels are also available.

Best time to visit: October to May. Monsoon is very heavy here. If you visit in summer you will enjoy Alphonso Mango which is identity of Ratnagiri.
