When we were little we used to see animals as our friends until someone taught us other wise. Hate is taught, we are not born with it. If we put an apple and a baby chicken in front of a baby we can be sure that the baby will play with the chicken and will eat the apple.
Animals don't deserve to be sacrificed for our incapability to realize what we are doing. They are can feel pain and sadness the way humans do. All of us want to be loved . No one likes to be suffering.
Some of us think they should be eating meat because we have canines. But they have no idea how carnivores' teeth look like. Hippopotamus, who is a herbivore, has the biggest canines. It use them for protection. The reason we have canines is because some vegetables are too hard.
Let's now talk about milk and dairy. Cow's milk is for calves not for humans, dog's milk is for puppies, cat's milk is for kittens, giraffe's milk if for baby giraffe and so on. By drinking a glass of milk we steal a calf's meal and let it hungry. They never get the chance to meet their mother because they are taken away the minute they are born. Not to mention the fact that cow's milk robs our bones of calcium.
'If slaughterhouses had transparent walls, all of us would turn vegan. There is no humanely way of killing an animal. They are beaten and tortured.
Animals are friends not food and we can all save them by becoming vegan.
