Now a day our life have become very busy and we don't take care of our physical health as well as mental health. So, this busy lifestyle cause stress with is very bad for our health. So to reduce stress we should give time to ourselves and do yoga with heal both physical and mental state. yoga give us a stress free atmosphere.
Daily meditation and exercise will improve our immunity and make our brain more sharp.
