Answer:

Climate is a major factor affecting human life on Earth, but unfortunately there are a lot of climate changes that have occurred and are likely to occur in the near future on Earth.

The main reason for climate change is Global Warming, the presence of greenhouse gases in the environment such as Carbon dioxide, CFC's and so on result in global warming. Due to this the temperature on Earth is likely to increase by 2° to 5° in the next century.

This would affect the wind and water cycle, the polar ice caps will melt and many low lying areas will submerge under water.

Climate Change will also lead to an increase in number of bacteria's and pathogens and will increase the number of pathogenic diseases.

Thus it is an urgent need to control climate change and to do this everyone needs to work together- use public transport to avoid the emitting harmful gases in the environment, use eco-friendly material, avoid using plastic and so on.

Hope it helps
