Human rights are a set of rights to which all people have a right. No matter what caste, religion, age, economic status they belong to, every individual is inherited with these rights. It is necessary for human rights to ensure equal justice for all human beings. In reality, they are central to a good level of world life.

On the occasion of Human Rights Day I thank one and all to give me this opportunity to present my speech on human rights.

  • Rights play a very important role in an ordered society in the general development of the human personality. Individual rights are the conditions under the individual has the minimum set of rights, to realize his desired objectives.
  • In fact, rights are those social conditions without which nobody can necessarily try to be at his best. ' The basic conditions of human good life that are recognised as such by the law of the State constitute rights in simple terms.
  • The rights of the people can not be secured without democracy. In the democratic regimes, the implementation of rights requires regular election, alternative party system, free media and an independent judiciary. And people have the authority to exercise certain rights which should not usually be restricted by the State.
  • Human rights are International moral and legal standards aim at protecting everyone from severe political, legal and social violations in all areas are human rights. The right to religious freedom, the right to fair trials when committing a crime and the right not to be imprisoned and the right to political activity are examples of human rights.
  • The overall development of a country and individuals is highly important for human rights. Looking at the fundamental human rights, we can see how the right to life, the right to practice all religions, freedom of movement, freedom of movement and much more is available. Every right plays an important role in everyone's well-being.
  • The right to life protects the lives of people. This means that nobody can harm you and thus maintains your calmness. Free thinking and religion subsequently enables citizens to follow all the religions they want. It also means that everybody is free to think.
  • Further on, you are entitled to a fair trial for human rights too. Every person has the right to go to court where impartial decision-making takes place. You should expect the court to judge them if all else fails. Particularly, people are now free of all slavery. Nobody else can engage in slavery and make slaves of it. In addition, people can also speak and express their views.
  • In short, human rights are very important to people's happy lives. These days, however, they are continuously violated and we must come together to address this issue. Governments and people must strive to protect each other and boost development. In other words, this ensures wealth and happiness throughout the world.
