Speech on yoga - Human beings are made up mainly three elements which are the mind, body, and soul. Similarly, in order to satisfy the needs of these three, we need knowledge, health and inner peace respectively. As we know, health is a physical need whereas knowledge is the psychological need of ours. When we talk about inner peace, we see it refers to the spiritual need and we feel harmonious only when all three are present. Yoga is something that feeds our soul. It is a spiritual practice which relieves us of many ailments physically. Moreover, exercise can strengthen our bodies and also sharpen our intellect and steady our emotions.
According to some statistics, the number of people that is meditating every day is increasing all the time and I hope that this number will increase more and more.
Speech on daily meditation and exercise - But there are still a lot of people that are not practicing meditation and that’s why I decided to write this post, to encourage more people to meditate.
