READING is to mind but EXERCISES is to the body
we are the organisms who think before doing anything.......our mind guides us
we have some capabilities like.... understanding, & memorising
all this is done done when we are reading......
reading is an action which requires thinking which is done by our mind but exercise doe'nt require mind but just a body......
mind and body are not two different things but they are 1
mind depends on body and vice versa
