Walking for 30 minutes a day or more on most days of the week is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health. If you can't manage 30 minutes a day, remember 'even a little is good, but more is better'. Walking with others can turn exercise into an enjoyable social occasion.

we all are aware about numerous benefit that a regular walking workout can give to our body. while talking our phone or catching up with friends. it's a good idea to walk and give your body a move. however sometimes mere walking becomes a boring task and does not show desirable results while you target a weight loss. once you get bored,you quite your workout at all. To avoid such a situation ,it's better to try new walking workout.
