Respected sir,

          I am Gaurav Basu, a customer of your company. I want to complain about your service.

        I purchased an Air Condition on 12th June, 2020 from your store. Its swing mode was not working properly for the last two days. Your company sent a service boy to repair this. He came to my place yesterday and repaired it. But, when I tried to start it, it is giving problem.

         It will be helpful if you provide an efficient service person.
