secularism is an aspect that can be manifested from or with bringing in the right to be free from the religious teachings and also the religious rules. secularism can also be brought in by a declared neutral state concerning matters of belief being imposed by the government of religious state on its people.  ways of promoting secularism is by education which enlightens people and makes them to be exposed, through voluntary agencies and also through social engineering.
