Notice:

When a meeting is to be held, notice of the meeting should be sent to all those who will be a part of the meeting. Where the notice should be issued under the proper authority and should have the name of the organization along with the date, place, time and date of the meeting. It should be provided in the proper time with enough time periods and should bear the purpose of the meeting.

Agenda:

Agenda also called the order of business is the list of items that are to be considered in the meeting is the agenda. It acts as the route map of the meeting.  

Minutes:

The formal record of the discussions of the meeting is known as the minutes. It is the summary of the meeting in written form which has official status. A minute book will be finalized when it gets approval from the proper authority.

Resolution:  

A formal expression of the decision made in the meeting by the members of the meeting. It is important to mention whether it is a decision or opinion and it also important to count and specify the vote in favor of and vote which is against in a resolution.
