Next, for th same seller, we also purchased 10 dozen registers or 10*12 = 120 registers @ Rs. 15 per register, whose cost comes out to be 15*120 = Rs. 1800, which is also recorded in the details column.

Now, since there were no more purchases for the month of june, we total the details amounts 1750 and 1800 and write it in the amount column.

The total comes out to be Rs. 3550.

At the end of the month, ie on June 30, we debiot the purchases account by Rs. 3550.
