Answer:the following are the stepsof preparation of temporary mount of a leaf peel to observe stomata

1. Remove a healthy leaf from the potted plant

2. remove the part of the leaf from the lower surface of the leaf by folding the leaf over and gently pulling the peel using forceps place the peel in a clean watch glass

3. Put a few drop of sufferanin stain in a watch glass

4. After 2-3 min take out the peel and place it on a clean glass slide

5. Put a deep of glycerin over the peel and place a clean cover slip gently over it

6. Remove the excess strain and glycerin with the help of boltting paper

7. Observe the slide under the low power and high power magnification of the compound microscope
