Heya mate !!
▶ Hello all ! Today , I would be speaking that 'No , Children shouldn't be allowed to use mobile phones during the school premises' .
▶According to me , there is a basic tradition of school going children that students in order to receive education , go to school . There should be no other motto of 'school going children'.
▶So , if it comes to the question of 'Should children , that too , school going children - be allowed to use mobile phones in the premises of the school ?' , my answer would be 'NO' since there is not a single need to use phones in SCHOOL where there is a classic uniformity of the students . This uniformity should be maintained at any cost because students should play the role of students and have to act according to the regulations that phone must not be used in schools .
▶As it is that mobile phones are first regarged as a big cause of lack of concentration for such school going children , thus , it should be made a very strict rule that mobile phones aren't carried to school and used in its premises .
Thus , mobile phones should NOT be made to use in the school premises .

It have positive and negative point .
In some circumstances childrens should be allowed to use the phone at school.
But some situations also happen in contrast to that we should not allow childrens to use the phone in school
POSITIVE POINT .
According to me Childrens should be given to use the phone in school because if childrens have their own phone then they call their parents in case of emergency and
most important thing is that as u know
Nowadays children's kiddnapping is increasing so if children have their own phone then, they can call the police or their parents.
As we know how smart India is nowadays, if childrens have their own phone then, they can record the topic explained by the teacher so that they can go to the house again see and understand it .
But I think Cell phones should be allowed but only after a certain age or class, for example class 9 onwards they should be allowed.
NEGATIVE POINT
But there is also some misuse of the use of the phone in school.
If the students use the phone in school then they will not feel like studying and they will not be able to concentrate
But some childrens can use the phone to do the wrong things
such as taking photographs and making videos so that I can get trapped in a very big problem.
Cell phones can be used for cheating during tests as many cases have been reported.
RESULT
According to me parents should give a phone to their childrens when they go to school but the school council should collect it before the classroom started .
So by this the childrens will have the phone at the time of the accidents and they will not be able to misuse it.
