Given that :

The average age of 5 family members = 30 Years

Total of age of members = 30 * 5 = 150 Years

10 Years ago their total age = 150 - 10*5 = 150 - 50 = 100

SO, the average age of family 10 years ago = 100/4 = 25 Years
