Let the present age of Ram be 4x and the Ramim be 3x.

4 years from now the ratio of their age will be 5:6

4x +4 ÷3x+ 4= 5÷6

=5(4x+4) =6(3x+ 4)

=20x +20 = 18x +24

= 20x -18x = 24-20

= 2x =4

=x= 4÷2

=x=2

Rams present age =4x =4×2 =8 years

Rahims present age =3x =3 ×2=6 years.
