My answer :- Kaptan Singh Solanki is the Governor of Tripura and an Indian politician of the Bharatiya Janata Party. Since August 2009 he is the member of the Parliament of India representing Madhya Pradesh State in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house until May 2014. He studied at Vikram University, Ujjain, P.G.B.T.
