Present value of a L.C.D TV is 64000 rupees.

If one rupee is equal to 100 paise, then 64000 rupees = 6400000 paise.
If it depreciates at the rate of 2.5 paise per rupee, then using unitary method we can easily calculate its price after three years.
Per 100 paise - - - - - - 2.5 paise
Per 1 paise - - - - - - 2.5÷100 paise
Per 6400000 paise - - - - - - - - {(2.5×6400000)÷100}×3 [for three years]
By solving we will get 480000 paise.
Therefore, after three years the price will go down by 480000 paise =4800 rupees.
Hence, the value of the product after three years will be (64000-4800)= 59200 rupees.

I hope it helps you.
