Sodium Bisulfite- a chemical that ties your favourite snack & toilet cleaners: Before being packaged, potatoes are peeled, washed, fried and spiced. One of these ingredients can be sodium bisulfite. The synthetic chemical is added to increase the shelf life of our chips and to prevent discolouration.
