When we press down a bread, the bread rises with the same force in the opposite direction when palm is released.
Newtons third law of motion to explain this example
The Newton's third law of motion states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. We observe force when we press the bread with our palms. When we release the bread, the bread rises back with the same force but in the opposite direction. Our palm was applying force in the downward direction whereas when the bread rises, the force is applied in the upward direction.
