Yes prevention is better than cure as the best thing is that we should save ourselves from deseases rather then firstly falling ill and then curing it. This is because after we fell ill our body loses a huge amount of WBC thus reducing our stamina but if we are saving us it will not cause any harm to us .

Prevention is ofcourse better than cure.Its good to not let something come over and take away harmony than to approach for better erradication methods after its arrival. This can be put forward in case of our health too.Proper sanitation measures could be adopted so as to reduce the possibility of commencement of any deadly diseases.It is also a pocket-friendly measure as prevention of a disease costs rarely anything whereas an infected person makes the pocket empty and gets filled in luxury hospitals.
