priciple of electric motor and electric generator
Answers
Answer:
Actually, generator works on the principle of motor, but it's just the reverse case.
In a motor, there is a coil and some magnets around it, when the coil is provided with the electricity it rotates.
But if we don't provide motor the electricity and rotate it ourselves, it produces electricity, and hence it becomes generator. Also, in generator, the coil is either driven by steam or other source.
I hope you would have understood it, I haven/t used many significant terms just because it might make the principle difficult to understand.
Answer:
Electric motors (ESCQ9)
The basic principles of operation for an electric motor are the same as that of a generator, except that a motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy (motion). An electric motor is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy.
Hope this helps u!!
