I am also a student and I don't know much about it but In my opinion prime minister is the most important personality to rule the contry as all the matters had been handled by prime minister and officially prime minister is the second ruler after president in countrys like Pakistan but prime ministers have more power than president as he had to deal with all the matters whether they are political,financial and religious etc.
Prime minister had been selected by the people of the contry or in easy words it can be said that prime minister is the person who is selected by voting .
