PRIME NUMBERS AND COMPOSITE NUMBERS
A counting number (other than l) is a prime number if it has no factors other than and on
number itself. For example, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, etc., are prime numbers.
Counting numbers (other than 1) which are not prime, are composite numbers. Composite
numbers have at least one factor other than I and the number itself. For example, 4, 6, 7, 10,
12, 14, 15, 20, etc., are composite numbers.
I is neither a prime number nor a composite number.
Every even number (other than 2), that is, numbers divisible by 2, are composite numbers,
All prime numbers are odd, except 2.
COPRIME NUMBERS
