Solution:

Prince runs 1/3 times faster than ashu in a race

Hence if Ashu covers a Distance of  3D  then Prince covers 4D

prince gives a lead of 90m to ashu

=> 4D  = 3D +  90

=> D =   90

Prince covers 4D = 4 * 90  = 360 m

Hence after 360 m  from the starting point where both of them will meet.
