CI = P[1 + R/100]^n - P
24200 = 20000[1 + R/100]² - 20000
24200 = 20000[{1 + R²/10000 + R/50} - 1]

121 = R²/10000 + 200R/10000
1210000 = R² + 200R
R² + 200R - 1210000 = 0
