principal focus of convex mirror is virtual why

When the rays passing through principal axis or parallel to it get reflected after striking a mirror and actually meet at focus then the focus is said to be real . And as we know those rays don't actually meet in case of convex mirror they just seem to diverge from focus , therefore the focus is virtual .

Yes but convex lens us also a part of the hollow glass sphere (imaginary) just the inner portion is coated instead of the outer so it must have a focus

Answer:
✮ Convex Mirror: Focus is virtual :--
A beam of light parallel to the principal Axis falling on the spherical mirrors:
O ⟶ Pole or Vertex
F ⟶ Focus
OF = Distance between pole and focus
= Focal length
= ½ × radius of curvature
∴ f = R/2 or r/2
