Load × Load arm = Effort × Effort arm

Relationship between load, effort and mechanical advantage:-

MA = L/E where MA is Mechanical Advantage and L refers to the Load and E refers to the Effort.

Load arm refers to the distance between F and L. Effort arm refers to the distance between fulcrum and effort.
