To Prove :

x = ?

Formula needed :

sin 45° = 1 / 2

Solution :

 \sin(x)  =  \frac{ - 1}{ \sqrt{2} }  \\  \\  \sin(x)  =  -  (\sin(45) ) \\  \\ sin \:  \: gets \:  \: cancelled \:  \: on \:  \:  both \:  \: sides \\  \\ x = 45

Answer :

x = 45
