Schein divides organizational culture into three levels: Artifacts: these "artifacts" are at the surface, those aspects (such as dress) which can be easily discerned, yet are hard to understand; Espoused Values: beneath artifacts are "espoused values" which are conscious strategies, goals and philosophies.
Principles of organization
Principle of unity of objectives: Organizational goals, departmental goals, and individual goals must be clearly defined.
Principle of specialization: Sound and effective organization believes on organization.
Principle of coordination: In an organization many equipment, tools are used.
